Terms of Service

When using Circa, you are bound by the following commonsense Terms of Service:

Selling

  1. You agree to accurately describe and represent the item. This applies to all aspects of the listing, including the title, photo(s), and description.
  2. You agree to our fee of 15% of each sale you make through Circa, with a minimum fee of $2 and a maximum fee of $10. This means you'll receive $8 on a $10 sale, $17 on a $20 sale, and $590 on a $600 sale.
  3. You agree to only sell items that weigh less than 50 pounds and can fit in the back of a midsize sedan. Sorry, but we can't deliver larger items!
  4. You agree not to sell anything that may violate local, state, or federal law, such as controlled substances, weapons requiring a permit, etc.
  5. You agree to schedule a pick up in a timely manner (preferably within 24 hours) once an offer has been accepted. The sooner you schedule the pickup, the sooner you get paid!
  6. You agree to allow returns for a full refund for 30 days. In the case of a return, we will reverse the transaction and return the item to you within 24 hours of picking it up from the buyer. We'll let you know ahead of time if your item is being returned.

Buying

  1. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund your purchase if your delivery location is outside our delivery zip codes, which can be found on our help page. If you'd like us to consider delivery to your zip, email us at support@usecirca.com.
  2. You agree to Circa's return policy, which allows returns within 30 days of purchase for any reason as long as the item hasn't been damaged or altered in any significant way since you purchased it.

Shipping

You will receive your item within 24 hours of us picking it up from the seller. Since the seller determines when we pick up the item, this may result in you receiving your item more than 24 hours after ordering. Most of the time, you'll receive it the same or next day.

Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund. To do so, simply email support@usecirca.com requesting a return and telling us when you'd like us to pick it up. Upon picking up the item, we will immediately refund your credit card for the full amount paid for the item. Depending on how long it takes your bank to process the refund, it may take 5-10 days before it appears on your statement.


In rare cases, we may decline a refund request if it's clear you significantly damaged or altered the item while it was in your possession. As of this writing, we've never declined a refund request.
